Our Flat Roofing Process
1. Roof Survey and System Recommendation
We check the deck, existing layers, drainage, and parapet conditions, then recommend the right membrane system for your building.
2. Tear-Off or Prep
Old membrane and wet insulation are removed, the deck is inspected and repaired, and we plan tapered insulation to direct water to drains.
3. Insulation and Membrane
Fresh insulation and the new membrane go down — TPO and EPDM seams are fully welded or taped per manufacturer spec.
4. Drains, Edges, and Flashing
